"Sue Choi playing with the movement of the spine from one end to the other. By allowing the flow of movement to travel sequentially up and down the spine, you open up the joints within the spine. By moving very slowly, you allow the conscious mind to register the subtleties of your movement. 
A few points to remember: 
*build movement through progressively more challenging repetition
 *shoulder blades slide down the back towards the hips when spine moves into extension 
*notice where you tend to speed up - this is where you're most likely to need more attention and awareness"
