Esta vida tem de tudo. Escrevo sobre o que vejo, o que sinto, o que me interessa, sobretudo se e quando me apetecer. Se me lembrar, posso até contar a história do sobretudo que perdi num dia em que estava mesmo na lua...

Feldenkrais on thinking independently from words
Moshé FeldenKrais ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mosh%C3%A9_Feldenkrais)
Awareness Through Movement.
The power of communication.
"The more I hear him, the more I love Moshe. Why? Because everything he explains is not only highly scientific and truly related to reality, but in the first place most human, most authentic and most direct and sincere someone could be. Moshe speaks and expresses his spirit like a great artist expressing through his art. I have found in my life only two persons from the realm of human science, Frederic Vester and Prof. Gerald Hüther, and a few artists among them Maria Callas, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Cezanne, and in fact all the great composers from Renaissance to Bartok, which enthusiast me through their human authenticity, human truth, at the same degree as Moshe Feldenkrais. What Frederic Vester and Prof. Gerald Hüther are writing and saying (unfortunately Frederic Vester is no more living) has the same scientific and human truth the speaking and especially the practical lessons of Moshe Feldenkrais contain. Every human being should have access to and have heard these lectures incredible reach in scientific information and human authenticity.
In many ways the laziness about which Feldenkrais is speaking in this lecture, Gelassenheit (in German) about which Prof. Gerhard Hüther speaks in many of his lectures and the "not doing in doing" in the Taoism refere to the one and the same thing: "Mastery of the world is achieved by letting things take their natural course. If you interfere with the way of Nature, you can never master the world." Tao Te Ching quotes, Verse 48"
