Bobby Darin - Midnight Special

"For anyone that finds interest in it, the "midnight special" was a train that would pass by the central texas penitentiary every night at midnight. the light from the train would illuminate the prison inmates cells and would give them hope of someday escaping and hopping on the train."

Bobby Darin (born Walden Robert Cassotto; May 14, 1936 – December 20, 1973) was an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and actor in film and television. He performed jazz, pop, rock and roll, folk, swing, and country music.

Bobby could play multiple instruments including guitar , drums , piano/keyboards , harmonica , trombone and the 4 idiophone family instruments : vibraphone , glockenspiel , xylophone and marimba , he wrote hit songs across 5 different genres , plus wrote several title tracks for films along with composing complete movie scores . He could sing , dance , act , tell jokes with impeccable comedic timing even improvising came natural to him making him an awesome draw at nightclubs .
