Charlie Chaplin (Sir Charles Spencer, 18891977) and Buster Keaton( Joseph Frank Keaton Jr, Piqua , 1895- 1966) were two of the most prominent actors of the Silent Film Era. Both actors were also directors and made funny and popular films in their time.
Charlie Chaplin was also a composer , played both cello and violin left-handed, and he had both his violin and cello restrung and rebuilt.
